通常QGISでは、レイヤとして追加されているファイルと同名の出力を指定した場合は「上書きしますか？」という確認をするので、それに準じて確認用の別ダイアログを表示させるようにする、あるいはレイヤに追加されている場合はそもそも処理しないとしたい
