この変更は、progress_dialog.pyファイルのProgressDialogクラスの初期化メソッドからQt.WindowStaysOnTopHintフラグを削除することで、進捗ダイアログの表示方法を修正しました。また、インポート文から不要なQMessageBoxを除去しています。
