変更内容:Description

add offset / rotation to above 3 marker types
add shape type for simple marker

テスト手順:Test

test on various point symbol as below point with offset rotation and different shapes
test also on marker pattern line
check documentation

simple marker shapes looks not to be stored as SVG but as XML https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/178766/qgis-symbology-where-are-simple-markers-located-in-the-system

Could you make more smaller PR in next time? @bordoray I mean, you could make three PR in this case: point-simple, point-raster, point-svg
