Reorganization, clean up, fixes, removing client-specific stuff #12

In this PR I've gone through all the files and reorganized things, made formatting more consistent, switched all shortcodes to use underscores, removed some client-specific stuff, fixed some issues, and generally cleaned things up.

I've also tested every component except the twitter feed. The components are all missing their CSS, but all the right markup is on the page and no errors are being thrown.

Yeah, I undid the new formatting in the "Fix shorthand if statements" commit, so now it matches the standard.
