Mm slider #141

I have a pretty basic slider setup working here. I opted to allow the slider element to wrap any other vc content for the time being. Currently any newly added element will be created as a new slide element unless they are wrapped in a row. I left in the multi image upload field to create new slides as well. I'd like to further explore better ways to add layer content to these slides and am very much open to suggestions on that.

What happened to this? I was excited to see it go in!

I merged it as a separate branch! There was a merge conflict with my mm posts commit and I had to do some reworking on the fork of Carrie's initial pr. Its currently on the master branch as mm slider.
