Need help to solve this error. Snapshot is attached.

Hi Mam, I was able to recreate this error in the Mozilla Firefox browser. But, this error is not occurring in other browsers(Chrome/Chromium, Safari, Microsoft Edge) as per the testing. Could you please try in any of these browsers where this error is not occurring and confirm the same.
