Some issues with navigation/history state #28

Not sure exactly what the original intent is, but I don't think we really need to do anything fancy with the history state.

Just to clarify, there was some strangeness when uploading a file or saving a doc and using the back button. With this change modifications to docs and using back button are now more straight-forward.
