Boris, what is current status of MS VS 2008 build -  how many build warnings 
are left in this branch? Please check both Release and Debug mode.

There are no warnings at the moment. Project builds correctly.

Good. Please check that tests and funcsim work as expected for Makefile & MSVS.

Merge and commit to  HEAD is approved.
