Segmentation example #32

Simple segmentation example is needed. Would be great to implement various segmentation losses as well.

Is there some suggested dataset to begin with? Easy to access and make ready?

torchvision.datasets has datasets for semantic segmentation. Using those might not result a simple segmentation example.
