Rename threatintel -> misp_stix_converter #3

Importing "threatintel" wasn't really clear in the sin you were commiting.

Also, make some more functions so it ie easier to use from PyMISP

The main reason I did it is because I want to have an easy way to load and, let's go crazy, dump STIX Packages from PyMISP.
