Removing Marking elements result just in a loss of data. No problem or bug detected commenting the lines above.

Tested for months in a production environment using this MISP TAXII HOOK.

Coverage decreased (-0.8%) to 46.2% when pulling ffc296f00a167e69d9592030bf2db2b22255ceae on davidonzo:master into 53a8ec2998506bfb35b4ea803565a3efe3e4ac35 on MISP:master.

Updated the MISP TAXII HOOK with and improved version, ables to catch handling elements pushing them in a MISP event as tags elements.

Tested both with STIX 1.1.1 and STIX 1.2.
