[feed] Generate Object from CSV feed #5750

The current implementation of the CSV feed allows you to save MISP Attributes. It could be interesting to allow users to save MISP Objects instead. The user could select the MISP Object Template and perform the mapping

needs the feed ingestion system that's been in limbo forever. Will switch to that after the inbox system as we need it now more than ever.
