I included cake Authkey [email] [api_key | optional]
There is a similar function (or seems even exactly the same) under admin. cake Admin change_authkey [email] [authkey]
Not sure which one is the recommended one but I left the Authkey one in only after testing it.
I'll put some comments under the issue because I have more notes / things to discuss.
