Update and new features for the contribution web page

Update:

• Line chart showing contribution of the top 5 org overtime is replaced by a panel showing the orgs that created the most appreciated content (using upvote feature)

New features:

• Addition of 3 new badges that shows how your contribution is appreciated by the community (using future MISP upvote feature)
• Addition of 12 Trophies showing the skills of an org:
  • Trophies can be acquired in categories supplied in the configuration file
  • Addition of an informative modal in the contributors page
  • For each category, a ranking is applied on the number of point
  • Only a fixed percentage of org can be in their respective ranking, meaning that if a ranking is full and an org is eligible for it, the last org in the ranking is leveled down in a lower rank
  • Each new trophy acquired by an org is displayed in real time in the Contributors page

/!\ Note that the upvote system is not present in MISP yet, this replacement is used instead:

• give one point per contributed category
