put 0MQ subscribers into screens #85

This commit puts 0MQ subscribers a screen. The main point is to easily check on their state, and to be able to restart / stop them easily.

This is still a draft as I still have to modifiy README.md to match these changes.

@mokaddem how do you want to handle this PR?

I have quite a few modifications that will eventually make this PR conflict. See: https://github.com/MISP/misp-dashboard/pull/97

Further, I tested this and could not get it to work as a drop-in replacement and had to make quite a few manual changes.

This means those changes need to be documented to avoid users upgrading having a broken system and no Idea why.

My misp-packer changes comment is not valid anymore (misp-dashboard install script lives in MISP repo now). This PR was opened 2 months ago, so let's just close it. Go on with #97, I will catch up with you later with this thingy.
