Thanks a lot for your contributions! It's merged.

We started to take some notes regarding the recommendation for the meta part of the threat-actor MISP galaxy.

If you have some ideas for contribution let us know. We wanted to started with the refs which will be limited to the official reference or sources for this threat-actor and if there are any additional ones, additional_refs can be used.
