UAVs/UCAVs galaxy

Summary

I've merged the galaxy of UAVs used by Russia and these used by Ukraine (from a previous PR) into one galaxy which will be a better galaxy format for adding new UAVs in the future.

Checks

File checks of galaxies/uavs.json and clusters/uavs.json with validate_all.sh script was successful in local.
