Updated surveillance-vendor.json with new entries #894

This pull request updates the surveillance-vendor.json file in the MISP Galaxy project. The additions were motivated by the need to have a more comprehensive database of various vendors. The update includes new entries for surveillance vendors. Ensured each new entry contains a comprehensive description, relevant metadata, and valid UUIDs. Validated JSON structure and schema compliance using jq and validate_all.sh script, ensuring adherence to the project's contribution guidelines. No syntax or schema validation errors were found post-editing.
