Add Galaxy and build script for intelligence agencies

Great stuff! Just maybe one minor thing to avoid UUID regeneration at each import and differences between import the cluster. Maybe a UUIDv5 which derivates from the value of the cluster. To keep consistent UUID until the agency name changes.
