chg: [MITRE] Split Matrix view based on OS and more metadata #972

Splits the Matrix view based on the OS, this makes the view much easier to understand and see. This is in line with the MITRE website: https://attack.mitre.org/matrices/enterprise/windows/

Note: due to hardcoding in MISP, it requires 05d8947386bf22b6ae5959d8ac9e286c7843ac8a to be integrated in MISP, as otherwise the view will be empty.
