When there is no reaction on a comment/chat message, the reaction button shows up on top-right corner, which is not user friendly. #152

Please make this consistent with the comments/chat messages that have already got reactions. Similar to Slack, the button should show up right next to the reactions and replies buttons.

Please similarly move the other buttons that are currently located on the top-right side of each message.
