Hi, Was wondering if it's possible to get access to the notebooks for mentioned in this repo.

We do plan to take an open source approach to things. Do you have any data / analysis / proposals you'd like to contribute?

Thanks for getting back ... we were looking to analyze the mimic dataset to identify covid-like patient conditions particularly that of pneumonia, sepsis etc. and how the lab/procedure events relate to such conditions. Would certain be willing to contribute our analysis ... thats why without wanting to reinvent ... thought to work beyond what's already out there. Seems you've already narrowed the search for the relevant reading and done some analysis on it.
