Identify patients who went through CABG in eicu database #208

Here is my code, any comments?

Possible to pickup some more in the diagnosis table.

I searched cabg in diagnosis table and got the following items. It seems to be CABG patients before this admission.

cardiovascular|cardiac surgery|s/p CABG < 7 days cardiovascular|cardiac surgery|CABG < 7days cardiovascular|cardiac surgery|s/p CABG < 7 days|with CPB cardiovascular|chest pain / ASHD|coronary artery disease|s/p CABG cardiovascular|cardiac surgery|s/p CABG >= 7 days cardiovascular|chest pain / ASHD|coronary artery disease|no previous CABG cardiovascular|cardiac surgery|s/p CABG < 7 days|minimally invasive
