Sepsis-3 Criteria from eICU data #237

Is there any existing code to extract the SOFA Score of patients from the e-ICU database?

My aim is to determine the earliest time of Sepsis onset based on Sepsis-3 criteria for patients from the eICU data (similar to the code already available for MIMIC-IV and MIMIC-III).

Would appreciate any insight!

@rishabh297 you might want to check out https://github.com/eth-mds/ricu, this R package is capable of doing so
