microlabs incomplete? #73

Is the microlabs table incomplete? There are about 16k entries, I'd reckon many more got cultures than what is available in that table. Can you confirm?

Yes unfortunately microbiology data is not really available in eICU-CRD.

That's a bummer, any idea if there is any plan in the near term to include it? I'm trying to apply sepsis-3 on this dataset but it's quite difficult without this piece of data.

I don't think it's possible. The data is never collected in the system where we source eICU from.
