• [x] verify that the split of nursecharting destroys limited, non-useful data, and summarize this in some way for technical validation section no longer needed
• [x] reorganize nursecharting_vitals_other to put pulmonary measurements next to pulmonary measurements, etc no longer needed

Can probably use a different tool for sqlite rather than FireFox ESR: http://sqlitebrowser.org

Seems to support all OS!
