autoAcuity tables unavailable #16

Three tables are described in the documentation:

autoAcuityOverride
autoAcuityQuickEntry
autoAcuityScore

These tables are not currently in the database, Presumably these relate to the post-ICU discharge risk model? Will they be included in the next data dump?

The current eICU dataset only appears to have two autoAcuity tables:

autoacuityoverridehistory
autoacuityquickentry

@obadawi, please could confirm these are the correct tables for the release?
