The table overview page should be re-organized.

[ ] Add hyperlinks to the first column to link to the individual pages describing the tables
[ ] Move the current content to "data sources" to provide information on where in eCare manager the data is sourced from
[ ] Change the second column to be a description giving brief information about the table

Brief description column could be more informative, currently it seems documenting sources of API classes.
