HTMX for dynamic features #2221

I recently came across HTMX: https://htmx.org/. I like its simplicity, and it seems to be increasingly popular.

If we want to offer dynamic content, then we could consider using it. It's nicer in my opinion than embedding random javascript scripts into our pages, as we do now.
