In some cases I am unable to extract a signal using the rdsamp command although a signal in the desired channel clearly exists.
This also occurs in the PhysioBank ATM interface where it displays a signal's plot but cannot export the same signal to CSV. For example, the record - mimic3wdb/matched/p00/p000124/p000124-2166-01-09-13-03 contains an ART signal.
The ART signal can be plotted, however, for the same time interval - the CSV export contains Nan values..
I am almost certain that I've extracted this specific signal before. Where there any changes?
