problem about *n.hea sampling frequency #113

In MIMIC III, there are three sampling frequency in *n.hea: '1'; '0.016666667' and '0.0166666666667/125'. I understant that '1' represent 1 sample per second; '0.016666667' represent 1 sample per minute, but I do not know what '0.0166666666667/125' means.
