Hi, anyone can help me with executing RCVsim in MATLAB? I have some issues with RCVsim. https://physionet.org/content/rcvsim/1.0.0/

briangow commented 3 years ago

Could you please describe what you have tried so far and what issues you've run into.

Dear Sir, I started running the code in matlab by calling the function simulate.m as follows [image: image.png] It shows the following error. [image: image.png] mbintscalar and mbrealscalar functions are not recognised Then I created the separate function for mbintscalar, mbrealscalar as follows

[image: image.png] [image: image.png] then it shows the following error [image: image.png] The variable sumt is not recognised, hence I initialized the following variables to zero as follows in the simulate.m function.

After all the above modifications , I am getting the following error. [image: image.png] Thanks and regards.

Dear Sir, Please find the attached corresponding images.

I started running the code in matlab by calling the function simulate.m as follows (image no- 1) [image: image.png] It shows the following error. (image no-2)

[image: image.png] mbintscalar and mbrealscalar functions are not recognised Then I created the separate function for mbintscalar, mbrealscalar as follows (image no-3, image no-4)

[image: image.png] [image: image.png] then it shows the following error (image no-5) [image: image.png] The variable sumt is not recognised, hence I initialized the following variables to zero as follows in the simulate.m function. (image no-6)

After all the above modifications , I am getting the following error.

We still do not see any of the image files you've tried to attach. You could try viewing this issue from a different computer without logging into your GitHub account to see if you can confirm the issue with the images not showing.

Please also consider simply sending the relevant text from the error messages instead of the images themselves.

You may also consider reviewing CVSim to see if it is appropriate for your needs. CVSim is an updated version of RCVSim.

Thanks, I'll check it out.
