Attributes in Advanced Search should be alphabetized. Fixes #983 (RES-193) #988

@bskinner This sorts groups of attributes by name, like "Machine Capabilities" before "Material Type(s)", but it doesn't sort their contents. "angled cuts" should go before "straight cuts".
