Configurable identity providers #23

On the profile page right now CAS is hardcoded to be displayed. This should be changed to be generated based on available identity providers and configuration of the deployment. See also https://github.com/MIT-Model-Open-Data-and-Identity-System/SensibleData-Platform/issues/22

Profile page now shows social-auths instead of CAS (could be both if needed).

Would we rather integrate cas as a backend to python-social-auth or continue to have both separately?

Let's keep them separately. Should we sync soon about the status?

Lets do that. I wont be coming in monday, as I have an exam there, but we could talk tuesday at some point?
