Update CMakeLists for correct export #18

ToDo:

[ ] Change the three set commands at the top of CMakelists.txt
[ ] Move dependencies to private for the target_link_libraries
[ ] Require that we use GTSAM Eigen (delete system-wide Eigen3 dependency
