add gallery name to single exhibit view #115

This PR adds the gallery name to the top of the single exhibit page so users know where the exhibit is when they are looking at the details ("Maihaugan Gallery Exhibit" at the top in the image below).

My only concern with this is using an h1 tag for the gallery name? This doesn't seem like the right tag for this content.

Yeah, I was feeling on the fence about that too... Just switched it to a p tag.
