This structure: https://github.com/MITLibraries/MITLibraries-child/blob/akdc_prepwork/inc/postHead.php#L14-L27

is inefficient and makes the template harder to read. This isn't a release blocker for Child2, but it should certainly be cleaned up at some point when there's a moment.
