Single page posts need header and metadata #66

The single post page is missing the section header and metadata:

Because not all sites have blogs, it should be somewhat generic: Header can just be "NEWS" and metadata should be below the post title and should include date posted ("Posted January 5, 2013") in ~12px color #777:
