Tagging @frrrances and/or @matt-bernhardt for code-review: adds Child-theme specific template for single posts that includes entry meta info, as well as styling. Resolves #66.

CodeClimate is flagging a number of things in single.php - msot of which seem to be related to indenting and whitespace, but there's also a need for escaping output on line 41.

This looks okay on -dev (with the parent theme set to 1.4.1)
