What does this PR do?

Adjusts MIT logo in the header so it isn't cutting off pixels on the bottom or right.

FWIW, the failures on Travis are a process failure, rather than a code failure - which is a somewhat recent development. I'll need to dig in to see what's going on - but this change is extremely unlikely to have caused a new problem.
