Funders Crosswalk #80

The METS for funders will look like:

<epdcx:statement epdcx:propertyURI="http://libraries.mit.edu/xmlns/sponsor">
  <epdcx:valueString>Department of Energy (DOE)</epdcx:valueString>
</epdcx:statement>

That may occur any number of times (zero to lots).

We want to map these into multiple dc.Description.Sponsorship fields in DSpace.

@carlj11 has completed the crosswalks and we've confirmed mapping of zero, one or multiple funders/sponsors is working.
