Content changes needed to timeline tab #113

Timeline - Default view is for all papers but the text makes this confusing. Here are some alternatives

Public - Use the ’Show Only’ menu to select items for display. ‘All Departments, Labs or Centers’ will display a single line for all values. Alternatively, you can make up to ten individual selections for display on the Timeline. Data for additional selections can be downloaded via the export tools.
