These changes actually make the connections to Mongo, pull the faked data I've inserted, and display them via the data table, timeline, and map libraries.

I'll start filing bug reports soon to help sort out future development. This is still in the service of a simple mockup, not necessarily the final UI. Beyond interface/interaction questions, I'm still sorting out how to handle authentication, and whether it is worth taking on Drupal as a framework.

Good progress Matt! We'll have to decide whether we want to use GitHub's issue tracking or our centralized JIRA.
