Add lines to map export listing countries with zero downloads #32

Description from Sean: "Just a note to log this request – ensuring that the exported CSV for countries includes the 0 counts for each country. The point of this is to allow users to aggregate reports from this over time. Since all countries are included even if no downloads are present in a given report, subsequent reports can be aligned (and sorted) so that changes over time can be aggregated."

I'm not sure when this was implemented - probably due to changes in the summary collection - but the CSV export for the map tab now includes all countries, even those for whom no downloads are reported.
