Mouseover of filtered timeline should present information that follows cursor #48

The suggestion was received that the timeline interactions when multiple lines are graphed should be similar to that with one line - the tooltip should move with the mouse, showing multiple values. This was the original behavior built by Heap Analytics.

We're marking this as "wontfix" because the interaction is less desirable - with multiple lines, the legend grows quickly and obscures the data in the chart.
