Implementing summaries collection, two themes, newer listbuilder, and miscellaneous changes

I've got most of the application switched over to use the summaries collection (which reminds me, I need to get that onto the pipeline somehow). Other changes include having both aesthetics available behind a splash screen, a newer listbuilder with built in filter tool, and some other more minor changes.
