French Guiana needs to be separated from France #55

After closely examining the various locations being reported to the pipeline by MaxMind, there are a number of changes necessary to the map. French Guiana is the most visible, but there are others. I've downloaded the 10m resolution shape file from Natural Earth Data, and am working on a new map file to replace that included with Datamaps.
