When clicking through on Treemap link to URL first, Repo 2nd #24

for audiences outside of ITDD, following a link to GitHub might be jarring...can we link first to 'url' and 2nd to 'repo' if 'repo' is null? if this is too complicated it can be held for later.

The link currently goes to the "url" field in the project data.
