I'm curious if we want to rethink "size". I'm not sure how projects will normalize that to make the comparison relevant. One thing that may be useful would be to have the people assigned to the project also have a level of "effort" they are supplying.
For example, if two people are working 100% effort on Project X for six months and 1 person is working 10% effort on Project Y, it is clear that in terms of people, Project X is "bigger".
I don't think we should do anything with this at this stage, but I wanted to open a ticket for others to be able to think about how to normalize the "size" across projects. Maybe a solution is coming up with an offline formula to calculate size, but it can't remain just an arbitrary number for long or this visualization will be misleading.
