LLC4320

mitgcm has been installed, but llc4320 does not know how to install it. When configuring the readme file, the comp-inter, mpi-sgi/mpt, netcdf environment variables cannot be loaded. No one in the research group has used it. Please ask for some help. Thank you!

These instructions https://github.com/MITgcm-contrib/llc_hires/blob/master/llc_4320/readme.txt https://github.com/MITgcm-contrib/llc_hires/blob/master/llc_4320/readme.txt are specific for running MITgcm llc4320 on NASA Ames pleiades supercomputer. You can run this configuration elsewhere but would have to modify instructions accordingly.

I would start by running a smaller experiment, e.g., one of the MITgcm verification experiments: https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/tree/master/verification https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/tree/master/verification before attempting to run a large configuration.
